Bookings and requests

  • Submitting a request through the website is an enquiry, not a confirmed reservation.
  • A booking is only confirmed once we reply and agree the date, time and details with you.
  • We may decline or reschedule a request where a zone is unavailable or details cannot be met.
  • Prices shown are indicative and may vary depending on the date, group size and options chosen.

Supervision and venue rules

JOYCUB is a family venue, and the safety of children is our priority. Parents and guardians remain responsible for the children in their care, according to the supervision guidance for each play zone. All visitors are asked to follow staff instructions, respect our session timers, and treat equipment, furniture and other guests with care.

Age-appropriate content

Games are selected to match the age band of each zone. We reserve the right to decline a request to play a title that is not suitable for the age group present.

Cancellations and changes

If you need to change or cancel a confirmed booking, please let us know as early as possible so we can offer the slot to another family. Any specific conditions for a booking will be made clear at the time it is confirmed.

Liability

The website is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental losses arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have that cannot be excluded by law.

Entertainment only
